This house was built in December 2002 and completed in March 2003. It is a top of the line series manufactured by Skyline Corporation to hurricane specifications.It is U.L. certified for the Federal safety standards, and installed using a patented poured concrete method.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
The owners customized the design and added many special features. There are two split bedroom and bath suites and the den could be made into the third bedroom. A vaulted ceiling thoughout the house adds a feeling of spaciousness. There is also, added shelving in the closets and a custom built pantry features ten slide out grid drawers.
