Your guests will not be disappointed when they stay in this home. This house is meticulous as the owner not only had the inside and outside completely painted they had the air conditioning system washed out with a special cleaning solution so the house would not have any dirt or dust flying around. The house is neutral in color with soft tones. The main areas have Travertine Tile beige in color with a no-skid so guest won't slip on it. This is a long wearing tile for your short-term rental home. The decor is very pleasing to the eye as you walk through the front door you have your first bedroom on the left which is the Cinderella theme with 2 twin beds, next to this bedroom you have the jungle room with twin beds, what a great place for kids. As you walk to the main living room you have your dining room with an upscale table and chairs and beautiful hanging light over it. The first master bedroom has it's own bathroom and beautiful bedding and drapery to match. The living room has a teal colored couch that is washable for spillage, again perfect for rental. Everything in this room is elegant as you look around. The kitchen area is very open, and you can cook in the kitchen while talking to your family in the living room or have them sit at the open counter with bar stools in the middle of the kitchen. Lots of cupboard space and a huge pantry. The pool area and covered lanai is a good size and you can get to it from the Kitchen, Living room or Master Bedroom which by the way is lovely with its upscale King Size bed and bureaus to match with an elegant comforter to coordinate with the rest of the room. This Master also has it's own Shower and Garden Tub, huge walk in closet and owners closet. A few of the special items you get from this modest owner is that she has done a few of the paintings in this house to match the decor. The appliances are all upgraded including the Maytag Washer and Dryer in the laundry room. You can't possibly imagine how quaint this house really is as I can only describe to you how I see it.
