Spokane, WA Market Conditions
Spokane County is again ahead of the record setting pace set last year for closed housing sales! Compared to the double digit increases in January and February, the percentage increase for March '05 over March '04 has slowed somewhat. With an average selling price of $146,929 and a median selling price of $130,000, the total closed sales was 618 in March.
Closed sales are up 9.2% for the 1st Quarter of '05 compared to the 1st Quarter of '04. The median closed sales price is up 9.3% at $129,900 with average closed sales price up 11.1% to $147,971. The new construction closed sales reported to the MLS are up 15.4% compared to the 1st Quarter of '04.
